Trade Credit Bureau Limited moved their office to the Bay of Plenty in 2007 and as a member of Export NZ has pleasure in offering its services to fellow members!
Formed in September 2000 TCB provides dedicated and independent broking facilities to businesses / exporters in the areas of accounts receivable protection through a variety of credit insurance underwriters.
TCB offers Export NZ members the following unique services:
An audit of current credit insurance policies on a cost free and no obligation basis
An appraisal and subsequent written report on likely requirements following a personal consultation - compiled entirely at Trade Credit Bureau's cost
Provision of no obligation quotations based on specifically identified requirements
TCB is completely independent of any particular underwriter and in all cases acts solely for the benefit of clients in an advisory capacity. Once appointed, TCB handles all day to day transactions for clients, monitoring buyer applications and negotiating claims.
